Campbell Ranch, an entity of Campbell Corporation, originally encompassed over 30,000 acres of land on the East side of the Sandia Mountains and has been owned by the Campbell family since 1937.  

Since then communities have developed and evolved at Campbell Ranch.  The first two communities, Paako and San Pedro Creek first started in 1985 and 1995 respectively.  The latest communities at Campbell Ranch are San Pedro Overlook and the Santa Fe Farms & Ranches. 

San Pedro Overlook

San Pedro Overlook offers three to six acre homesites within a gated community and includes a community center and improved walking trails leading to a 625-acre nature preserve.  

Santa Fe Farms & Ranches

Santa Fe Farms & Ranches offers full quarter section (160-acre) properties and access to thousands of acres of private preserve.
