Gatehouse & Concierge

Our distinctive gatehouse, with concierge service, is supervised 10 hours a day for the convenience of San Pedro Overlook residents.

After hours, residents have transponder access to the community and visitors may notify residents of their arrival via call box. The concierge service provides local business referrals, delivery acceptance and drop-off, pre-arranged transportation and local recreational activity information.
