San Pedro Overlook offers various amenities, one of which is a full-time concierge at our gatehouse, seven days a week.
Our concierge provides the following services:
- Meets and greets residents and guests upon entering San Pedro Overlook.
- Contacts an agent if visitors are interested in touring community.
- Documents all vehicles entering the community.
- Assists guests by giving directions to a specific residence.
- Accepts mail and deliveries if residents are away. Residents must sign an authorization form prior to the concierge performing this service.
- Accepts dry cleaning/laundry from residents on specific pick-up and drop-off days, which will be determined by the cleaner.
- Assists residents with pre-arranged transportation to and from the Albuquerque International Sunport.
- Assists residents with housekeeping services during away periods.
- Maintains residents’ information on the computer; i.e., guest information, approved service companies, etc.
- Contacts residents by phone if a visitor’s name is not on the residents guest list. If resident is not at home, guest will not be allowed access.
- Assists emergency vehicles attempting to enter the community.
- Maintains a list of local services in the event a resident requests this information.
