Builder Program

The Featured Builder Program was established by Campbell Corporation to help assist buyers in the builder selection process. We offer an assortment of professional builders from whom to choose, all are familiar with San Pedro Overlook’s esthetical standards, covenants and restrictions. Although buyers are encouraged to conduct their own investigation, here are some of the criteria our Featured Builders have met:

• Compliance with our high standards
• Understanding and embracing our architectural design vision for the community
• Satisfactory experience with the builder on other projects
• Satisfactory customer experience with the builder (based on our interviews with a selected group of the builder’s customers)
• Quality products and construction
• Proven track record, including builder awards and recognition within the industry
• Reputation and profile within the industry
• Willingness to use environmentally friendly materials
• Partnership with customers, helping them fulfill their vision
• Familiarity with topography of the community
