Homeowners Association
The San Pedro Overlook Homeowners Association is responsible for the following common amenities:
- Entry Gate, manned seven days a week, ten hours per day. The gate facility is staffed by our Concierge who can assist residents by securing a variety of services including vacation mail pick-up, receiving packages and deliveries, airport pick-up, scheduling home services and other services on demand.
- Common area landscape maintenance, plant and lighting.
- Community Center maintenance and scheduling of events.
- Shared well system maintenance, billing and reporting.
- Six miles of community trails and their maintenance.
- Administration of design guidelines, reviewing submissions and construction progress, issuing violation notices, following up on conflicts.
- Administration of community rules and regulations.
