The pristine land of San Pedro Overlook is a place of beauty and a place where you can find what some call the best climate in the world.

The area has four mild seasons with more than 300 days of sunlight every year that allow outdoor activities to virtually never cease. The area gets, on average, 32 inches of snow per year that is perfect for the Sandia Peak Ski Area, just minutes away.

The area does have a low amount of humidity year-round, which makes for cool, comfortable evenings, even during the summer months. The mile high altitude offers dramatic, mountainous sunsets and sunrises.
